Nail clippers or wire snips 1 pair

Directions:

1. Paint brim of hat w/3 equal size stripes in green, white and orange.
2. Paint your St. Patty's Day message above brim on cap part of hat.
3. Let paint dry.
4. Snip backs off buttons with nail clippers or wire snips.
5. Glue buttons on hat.

**Tip**
- Stuff hat with plastic grocery bags to round out if needed.
- Use a toothpick to spread glue on open shamrocks.
